Course Description: This LEED Operations & Maintenance course includes a complete review of LEED credits, hundreds of simulated LEED AP+ exam questions, LEED O&M worksheets, and strategies for passing the exam. LEED for Existing Buildings addresses whole-building cleaning and maintenance issues (including chemical use), recycling programs, exterior maintenance programs, and systems upgrades.
